# Speech -- Komunistická Avantgarda 27. 11. I am glad that we have gathered here today in such great numbers to show that we care about Palestinian lives. That we refuse to be silent in the face of the barbaric brutality that Israel has carried out---and continues to carry out---against the Palestinian people. Unlike the Zionists in Israel who violate the agreed-upon ceasefire every single day. Since the ceasefire began, more than 340 Palestinians have been killed. Israel has violated the ceasefire more than 500 times in the last 44 days! And what do the bourgeois media say?\ They claim that Israel is just *"testing"* the ceasefire.\ Of course capitalist-owned media will never be objective. Israel is one of the most important allies of Western imperialism. And when the interests of capital are at stake, truth does not matter. If the American plan is implemented, Gaza will become a permanent refugee camp, ruled by a "management board" composed of people like Trump and Tony Blair---the butcher of Iraq, a man with the blood of a million people on his hands.\ This is not a "peace plan." This is a plan for permanent subjugation, control, and humiliation of an entire nation. **We must fight against this!**\ Marches and protests are inspiring and important, but they are not enough. Our duty is to give this movement a **class-oriented foundation**. We must win over the youth---but above all the working class---because the working class has the real power to stop this genocide. Look at the general strike in Italy:\ Hundreds of thousands of people in the streets, spontaneously, from below. Their force pushed even the trade-union bureaucrats---who would otherwise have done nothing---to join.\ **This is the power of the working class.**\ Without its permission, not a single wheel turns, not a single light bulb shines, not a single phone rings! **Only workers can stop the flow of weapons and materials to Israel.**\ French dockworkers refused to load 14 tons of machine guns. Italian workers did the same.\ The working class holds the power to sever Israel from Western imperialism---and without that lifeline, the machinery of oppression would collapse. The genocide in Gaza is not new. It has lasted for decades.\ From the moment when Zionist neocolonizers---under the guidance of the British Empire---began violently expelling the indigenous population.\ It culminated in 1948 with the Nakba, when 700,000 people were driven from their homes. And do not think that the Czech Republic has clean hands.\ **Immediately after October 7th, 2023**, it accelerated shipments of ballistic plates for the IDF through STV Group.\ It has no problem stuffing Netanyahu's pockets with billions of crowns for SPYDER air-defense systems.\ And the Czech minister of defense, Černochová, declared:\ *"Israel is our closest partner in the Middle East. Just like in 1948, we stand by your side and are ready to provide whatever you need."* By the side of *whom*?\ By the side of a state that erased entire neighborhoods?\ By the side of an army that bombed hospitals, schools, and refugee camps? Meanwhile, in this country, 2 million people live just above the poverty line, 1 million below it, and 660,000 are in debt execution.\ There is no money for the working people.\ But for weapons---there is always money. We won't win people over by moralizing to the government or the media.\ We will win them by speaking directly to the workers --- to those who already feel on their own skin that this system doesn't work. We must show that the struggle of the Palestinians is not some distant conflict, but part of the same global fight we are waging here: against a ruling class that has no money for healthcare, but always has money for weapons and repression. When people understand that the fate of the oppressed abroad and the fate of the oppressed at home are connected, support for this struggle will only grow. **Our task is not to persuade the comfortable --- but to awaken the exhausted and exploited.** And Gaza is not isolated.\ Today, more than 160 military conflicts and genocides are unfolding around the world.\ Take Sudan, for example---150,000 dead in just two and a half years.\ RSF is armed by the UAE, a close partner of the U.S. RSF was trained and funded by the EU itself as a "border force" preventing migration.\ On the other side stands al-Burhan's military dictatorship, supported by Western imperialism *and* by Russia. The result is a genocide in El-Fasher---so massive that its destruction was visible from space. And this brings us to the core.\ All of this---every war, genocide, occupation, coup, and dictatorship---is connected by a single thread.\ **A thread called capitalism.** Capitalism is the real culprit.\ A system built on profit, expansion, private ownership of the means of production, and the need for endless growth.\ This system needs war the same way an engine needs fuel.\ It needs new markets, new territories, new resources, new pools of cheap labor.\ And when it cannot find them---it creates them through violence. The wars we see are not incomprehensible "ethnic conflicts" or "religious disputes."\ They are wars for control, profit, and spheres of influence between ruling classes who may differ in ideology but share one thing:\ **they are driven by capitalist interests, and human life means nothing to them.** To the stockbroker in London, the oil magnate in Abu Dhabi, the arms manufacturer in Paris, or a capitalist in Moscow---it does not matter how many children die.\ What matters is that their shares rise. **This is why asking for "reforms", "peace appeals," or "humanitarian corridors" is not enough.**\ This is a systemic problem.\ Capitalism cannot be reformed.\ It cannot be "made humane."\ It cannot be painted pink and expected to serve human needs.\ Its very nature produces crises, wars, and genocides. And if we want a free Palestine, we must say it openly:\ **The struggle for Palestine is the struggle against imperialism---and the struggle against imperialism is the struggle against capitalism.** This struggle will not be won by petitions, but by the organized power of the working class.\ Only workers can stop the arms industry, break logistics, and refuse obedience.\ **Only they can paralyze the economies of imperialist powers---and with them, their capacity to wage war.** And therefore I say: **We must build an Revolutionary communist International.** **We must study Marxist theory.\ We must unite our struggles.\ We must refuse to be the fuel for the wars of the rich.** If we unite, if we organize, if we refuse to obey governments that support genocide---\ **we can stop the machines.\ We can stop the weapons.\ We can stop the genocides.** And I say this clearly, loudly, without fear and without compromise: **Palestine will be free only when the working class of the world is free.\ And it will be free only when we bury the system that creates this suffering---capitalism.** **Palestine will be free!\ Intifada until victory!**
